Armen Antranikian
Armen Antranikian is a filmmaker based in Los Angeles, and a graduate of the USC School of Cinematic Arts, where he received the Jack Nicholson Award and the John Huston Award. Armen grew up in Germany, and lived in London for many years, where he studied at the University of the Arts London. Moreover, he participated in the BFI London Film Festival's development program, and has attended the Jack Garfein Studio and the Judith Weston Studio. His short film The Girlfriend Game has been featured on Nowness since it premiered on Short of the Week and garnered over a million views as a Vimeo Staff Pick. It played in the Best Short Film category at the Champs-Elysées Film Festival, and at screenings hosted by the American Cinematheque, The Standard Hotels, and Soho House. Armen aims to connect with audiences on a personal level, and, as noted by the Guardian, “make films with universal appeal that will be seen by people all over the world”. His forthcoming projects include psychological thriller Collision and digital drama series Between Sheets. He is repped by Christopher Smith at Paradigm, Lindsay Williams and Justin Littman at the Gotham Group, and attorney Tara Kole.
